As our customer, you are the reason for Dining Services' existence. In order to make Dining at Duke an enjoyable experience for you, we are constantly searching for ways to improve our menus, programs and services.

We want to provide you with foods and facilities that meet your tastes and your needs, but first we need to find out from you what your tastes and needs are. We need to know what you want, what you like, what you don't like, and what just plain bugs you.

Simple, eh? It can be, but we need your help. We need to hear from you.

We need you to Be Involved.

How? A little or a lot - it's all up to you!

  • You are already involved, simply by eating on campus. You send us messages with how you spend your Points! We track how well the food choices we offer sell, and determine future menus based on what your spending habits say you really want. So here's a tip: if we offer a food you like, and you don't see many other students buying it, talk it up to your friends! Spread the word that they may be missing something great, and encourage people to try it before it disappears!
  • Join the Duke University Student Dining Advisory Committee (DUSDAC) and participate directly in our development as a department. DUSDAC plays a crucial role, acting as the students' voice (and sometimes the students' tastebuds) in Dining Services.
  • Send us your comments with a click of a button. Complain, make suggestions, or send us kudos for a job well done. Call us (660-3900), email us (we're all listed), drop us a note (Box 90898), or drop by our office at 029 West Union Building (we are open 8-4:30, Mon-Fri).
