Whether you have a hankering for a stacked deli sandwich, hand-cut steak or salad with locally grown greens , Duke Dining Services offers a myriad of foods to tempt and please every palate. Our goal is providing a healthy and enjoyable experience, no matter where you dine on Duke's campus. This year, we offer several exciting dining options developed to provide students, faculty and staff with more opportunities to build community and engage with each other. After all, Duke Dining is more than a meal. Among the changes, Bon Appetit, recognized nationally for its focus on fresh ingredients and organic and locally harvested products, will add to its portfolio operating the Great Hall, Subway and Chick-fil-A on West Campus. Bon Appetit will continue to run the Marketplace on East Campus and the Freeman Center for Jewish Life. In other news, Dining Services, in collaboration with Students Affairs, is expanding the Armadillo Grill in the Bryan Center to include an outdoor patio that seats 100 under a free-floating canopy. The patio is space for the Duke community and visitors to enjoy a Tex-Mex meal or specialty beer, cheer for a Duke athletics team on 9-by 12-foot projection and 60-inch flat screen TVs or catch a breath with friends after a busy day. We also offer a variety of food carts on the Bryan Center Plaza , including Victoria 's Sweets, which serves Maple View ice cream, made-to-order cakes, espresso, cappuccino and more. Other Duke Dining additions this year include:
We've made other changes to menus as well – enhancements we think will make for a dynamic dining experience at Duke. As students, faculty, staff and visitors, you are our valued customers. Please stop by our office at 029 West Union on West Campus or send us an e-mail at dining@notes.duke.edu and let us know how we're doing. Thank you for your patronage, and have a happy and healthy year!
