Vegetarian Diets

Duke supports you in your choice of a vegetarian diet. Being vegetarian can be part of a healthy lifestyle, although as with any diet, a vegetarian diet may be healthy or unhealthy, depending on the choices you make. We encourage all our students to make informed nutritional decisions.
